If you are seeking an undergraduate degree you will need to utilize the 2009-2010 Undergraduate Application for Admission/Readmission.
If you have at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and wish to pursue a master's or doctorate degree or if you are a former Illinois State University graduate student, you will need to complete the Graduate Application for Admission/Readmission.
In addition, if you are applying to the doctoral level you must have three doctoral recommendations submitted on your behalf. Applicants to the School Psychology PhD. program must submit three recommendation forms specialized for the School Psychology PhD. program rather than the doctoral recommendation form listed above.
Graduate applications for admission are accepted for most programs for the summer and fall semesters. You are encouraged to submit an application as soon as possible as application deadlines are assessed on a daily basis and may be implemented at any time.
