The Presidential Scholars Program

The Presidential Scholarship Program is the most prestigious scholarship program available to new freshmen. Presidential Scholars receive an $8,000 annual award, renewable for up to eight semesters, for a potential value of $32,000.

Recent Presidential Scholars have earned a grade point average of 4.0 or greater, and have ACT composite scores in the lower 30s and higher.

Students applying for, but not awarded the Presidential Scholarship are considered for other merit-based awards for which they may qualify.

To be considered for the Presidential Scholarship

Your application for admission submitted during the priority filing period (September 1 through November 15) will be used to determine eligibility for these scholarships. Once you have been admitted to the University, students who meet the minimum qualifications will be invited to apply online for scholarship consideration.
