Application Fee

There is a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 (forty U.S. dollars). This fee should be sent in U.S. dollars, made payable to Illinois State University.

Application & Supporting Document Deadline Information

Students applying to the spring (January) term 2007 must apply by October 1, 2006. Most graduate programs have earlier deadlines.

Students applying to the summer (June) term 2007 must apply by April 1, 2007.
(Note: not all programs offer summer admission)

The fall (August) 2007 application deadline is May 1, 2007. Most graduate programs have earlier deadlines

*Due to space limitations, new beginning freshman & freshman transfer student admission is not available for the spring (January) term.

The academic year consists of:

18-week fall term that begins the middle of August

Official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores.

Official GMAT scores are required for applicants to College of Business graduate programs (Accounting and M.B.A.). Declaration of Finances

Applicants must show assured support for first year and projected support for all remaining years by submitting a declaration of finances. If funds are from a source other than the applicant, the sponsor must sign the form and note amount of funding pledged. Bank Certification must be fresh seal of the financial institution. All signatures must be in fresh ink. No photocopies or faxes are allowed.
