There is a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 (forty U.S. dollars). This fee should be sent in U.S. dollars, made payable to Illinois State University.
Students applying to the spring (January) term 2007 must apply by October 1, 2006. Most graduate programs have earlier deadlines.
Students applying to the summer (June) term 2007 must apply by April 1, 2007.
(Note: not all programs offer summer admission)

Official GRE general test scores are required for applicants to most master's degree programs and all doctoral programs. Applicants must show assured support for first year and projected support for all remaining years by submitting a declaration of finances. If funds are from a source other than the applicant, the sponsor must sign the form and note amount of funding pledged. Bank Certification must be fresh seal of the financial institution. All signatures must be in fresh ink. No photocopies or faxes are allowed.
If available, applicants are requested to send a copy of their passport to ensure that all names and spellings are consistent.
