Returning to Illinois State

Students in good academic standing sometimes must take a semester or more off of school.  Whether you needed to earn money, take a break from studies or stay to help your family back home, we want to welcome you back to campus to complete your degree.

For other students, college may have been difficult to handle and the resulting grades reflect that hard truth.  If you left ISU with a cumulative GPA below 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or if you were placed on probation and dismissed, there may still be an opportunity to return to Illinois State.

Either way, this Web site will provide you with the information that you need to plan your return to ISU.
