Many Illinois State University students take advantage of scholarship opportunities, both on campus and within their communities. The Office of Admissions at Illinois State offers the Community College Transfer Scholarship which is an opportunity for community college graduates to compete for monetary awards to be applied to the overall cost of their education at Illinois State.
In addition to the Community College Transfer Scholarship program, some Illinois State University academic departments/schools offer scholarships for incoming and continuing students within their programs. Many students also take advantage of private scholarships. Locate information about these and other scholarship opportunities by visiting Illinois State University's Scholarship Resource Office.
You are strongly encouraged to also contact clubs, foundations, organizations, corporations, and churches from your hometown for additional information regarding possible scholarships.
