The Office of Admissions is located in Hovey Hall on the corner of North and School Streets. Visitors are encouraged to park in the Bone Student Center visitor parking lot on Locust Street.
Parking validation is available for this lot from the Office of Admissions. Please proceed to Braden Auditorium, Bone Student Center, rather than Hovey Hall, upon your arrival for an Open House.

In addition to the residence hall tours, we provide you the opportunity to view a residence hall video which highlights all the residence halls on campus and provides a student prospective of what residence hall living is really like. The video will run continuously and lasts approximately 12 minutes.
9-10 a.m. - Main Program - Everyone is encouraged to attend

An overview of the Open House program, a video presentation, student panel, and details about the admission and selection process will be presented.
10-10:45 a.m. - Financial Aid Session

Find out everything you need to know about financial aid deadlines, forms you need to complete, the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), online resources, services offered by the Scholarship Resource Office, and more.
10-11:30 a.m. - Academic and Student Services Fair
Brown Ballroom, Bone Student Center
This gives you an opportunity to visit with academic advisors, faculty, and staff who will be available to answer questions regarding coursework, career, internship, and research opportunities. All of our academic departments will be represented as well as Admissions, Financial Aid, University Housing Services, and many other offices.
10 a.m. - 2:30 pm - Campus Tours
Braden Auditorium (east entrance), Bone Student Center
Student-led walking tours of campus will be available continuously
throughout the day. These tours last approximately 20-30 minutes. Campus tours do not include a residence hall tour.

To assist you in finding your way, a campus map is included in the materials you received as you arrived at Braden Auditorium for today's program. University Housing Services will be available during the Academic and Student Services Fair to answer housing questions.
11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Bird's Eye View
Spot Light Room
Students and parents from traditionally underrepresented groups are encouraged to attend this session. Come hear about the current climate of the Illinois State University campus and hear students and staff members detail their "Bird's Eye View" of being at a predominately white campus.
11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Financial Aid Session
